Service Engineering Specialist
Description
We are looking for a Service Engineering Specialist who will provide technical support to resellers and end-users.
You will be part of a dynamic team e you will support dealers and customers regarding hardware and software issues related to our
products for the dental field and industrial sectors as well (jewellery, etc.).
You will perform training activities & demonstrations at our premises and at resellers’ facilities and you will support pre-sales activities during exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
You will also support test activities of prototypes of new products.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a dental technician diploma and/or knowledge of the dental sector, as well as good knowledge of Windows O.S., Microsoft Office suite and CAD/CAM systems for dental business and of 3D scanners.
The ideal candidate has team working skills and ability to create positive relationships with international customers and colleagues. He/She will be asked to travel all over the world for business trips.
Previous experience in using digital systems (CAD) for dental modeling will be considered as an important plus. The ideal candidate has good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Italian language.
Knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered as a plus.
We are looking for a candidate with 2/3 years of experience in a similar position.
We will also consider junior profiles with strong knowledge of the dental sector and/or experience in other dental business (milling center, implant business, etc.).
